Dee Dee was a pleasure to work with. She goes over and beyond for her clients. If I had any needs or wants she addressed them right away. If I wanted a walk through on a house she was on it. Dee Dee focuses on the needs of her client. She honestly appraises what is needed to make the property sellable. Then she gives her all in staging the house. In my case, she spent at least 8 hours staging the house for showings. She was constantly in touch with me as the showings progressed. My house had a contract within a week. What I appreciated was her honesty, her concern and her hard work. She talked with me instead of talked to me. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind.

Dee Dee has been so wonderful. We chose to hire her for two home purchases and aid in the paperwork for selling our first home (we didn't put it up for sale due to an interested party). If anyone has been in the market to purchase a home in the last year, you know it is crazy. We have been looking for the right home and one priced right which took quite some time. Dee Dee took her time to make sure the deal was perfect and it was! I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge, and honesty.

This was our 2nd time using DeeDee as our agent. And there is a reason we choose to go back. She is very responsive, quick, shows you houses she knows you will be interested in and not just ones she wants to sell. This time around we had a to deal with a very unprofessional sellers agent and DeeDee was a pro. She also handled the paperwork in our for sale by owner and everything was so smooth. We would recommend her to anyone!

After she finished decorating our house it looked like a model home.

DeeDee was amazing to work with while searching for our new home. She made sure to ask what we were looking for in a home (ex: pool, main floor laundry, finished basement etc) and set up several viewings for us to find exactly what we wanted. DeeDee was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout the entire process & was super flexible with providing dates/times for viewings around our work schedules. Joint ownership of a home was made easier when we hired Dee Dee Hill as our realtor. She coordinated with multiple people, responded quickly to all concerns and inquiries, suggested answers to problems, and provided alternatives to outstanding issues.
