Deeann Hansen

Deeann Hansen has been working in the real estate industry for more than half her life. Before obtaining her agent license in 2016, Deeann worked for land acquisition specialists, community developers, commercial and residential contractors and played an integral role in the construction of large projects for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, all while performing as a Jazz Dancer for the Utah Jazz. She worked side by side with investors and developers for 4 years to successfully acquire over 300 acres of unlisted, raw land along the East Bench in Davis County.

Today, Deeann uses her real estate expertise to help clients and friends navigate the complex undertaking of buying and selling real estate by making it a smooth and enjoyable process with an emphasis on experiencing as little stress as possible. She works side by side with her sellers to prep their properties to sell at the highest appraised value and prides herself on reaching that goal time and time again. Whether that service requires her to collect estimates and help schedule repairs, budget the most beneficial and low cost upgrades for a property, or personally clean walls and cabinets and install hardware; she meets her clients' needs. Her buyers are grateful for the patience, attention, and fight she gives to making sure they get the best value and benefits possible when making what is often the biggest purchase of their lives.

Apart from her real estate career, Deeann is a wife and mother to the family she adores, a dancer and fitness enthusiast, avid concert goer, wake surfing addict and new dog owner!
