About Delaney

Delaney Morgan is the Broker-in-Charge and Owner of The Highland Company Real Estate, a boutique brokerage in Columbia, South Carolina. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2017, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina, along with two designations that define her work: the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES).
