About Delaney

Delaney was born in Los Angeles and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Always being entrepreneurial, she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and dove right in to opening a Frozen Yogurt shop many of you may know, called Menchies. She was 26 when they opened at Scottsdale Quarter, and she is grateful for the intense education in business that it gave me.

In 2014, she earned her real estate license and began selling whatever she could. In her first year she sold $310,000 and last year she can proudly say that she closed $25M. She now works closely with her husband, Anthony, a custom home builder at Golden Heritage Homes, which led her focus to new and luxury homes in Fountain Hills/Scottsdale Mountain/PV area.

Having been exposed to the industry at a young age by her father, a premiere home builder in Alberta, real estate was something she was drawn to and helping people find the home of their dreams is something that always fills her heart with excitement. Getting an offer accepted for a client is a thrill that keeps her moving forward in this business. No deal is ever alike, which constantly keeps her striving to learn more and stay focused. She is most grateful for the relationships this business has brought her over the years.
