Delisha is an Awesome Realtor! She went above and beyond for me and my family. She made herself available no matter the time of night or day. It was a pleasure working with her. She is knowledgeable about the home buying process. She worked hard to negotiate on our behalf and make sure our deal was a good one. She worked with our lenders, inspectors, etccc to keep the process smooth and simple all while making sure everyone was informed and updated. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Delisha is an AMAZING realtor! She is extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process and answered all of my questions as a first time home buyer. She researched and followed up on every detail whether it was minor or grand scale. I wouldn’t have had such a seamless home buying process without Delisha! Ms. Richardson was extremely helpful in supporting my wife and I through the entirety of our home buying process.

She explained the process from prequalification through providing resources to help us find a home within our budget. Additionally, her follow up to ensure we were getting the information we needed from our lenders and home builder was extremely valauble.
