It's been a long journey. I was looking for a quad and there were very few in the areas I wanted to be in but DeMario persevered. He ended up finding a property off market that I decided would work for my purposes and we closed yesterday.
I am a senior citizen, and it was nice working with someone who was considerate and respectful. He was always quick to respond to any questions or issues.
