Demetri Demascus

Demetri Demascus is serial entrepreneur and seasoned real-estate professional. Mr. Demascus is the Managing Broker and CEO of Altara Properties, a full service real estate services firm with both Commercial and Residential Divisions. Mr. Demascus is a licenced Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida who has overseen over $200 million in transactions. Mr. Demascus is the co-founder and CEO of PROFILEmedia, a digital publisher where he is editor of the popular real estate news publications PROFILEmiami and PROFILEnyc. Mr. Demascus leads Business Development and Acquisitions for Galium Capital, a Miami-Based Private Equity Firm with over $415 million under management invested in commercial real estate assets across the United States. Mr. Demascus is Managing Partner of real estate investment and development firm Trilogy Partners. He is also co-founder of Game Day Skincare, which produces and distributes the only skincare specifically designed for active men worldwide. Demetri's past ventures include One Website Designs, which specialized in web development and branding for a variety of professionals. Demetri was previously also a weekly contributor to Elite Daily exploring entrepreneurship. Demetri graduated from Babson College with an undergraduate degree in business in 2013 and graduated from the University of Miami Commercial Real Estate MBA Program in 2020.
