Demi Loftis, a leading real estate sales broker in Transylvania County, is a part of the Looking Glass Realty sales team. Demi and her husband Al permanently moved to Brevard and Cedar Mountain in 2005 and she has been a real estate broker since that time. She has consistently remained one of the leading agents in Transylvania County.

While the permanent move to the area took place in 2005, Brevard was a familiar place for Demi and her family, having grown up in Greenville, South Carolina and visiting the area frequently on weekends and for longer vacations. She and her husband became avid hikers, and their biggest recreational pursuit was to explore all the trails of Pisgah National Forest and Dupont and Gorges State Forests. Prior to moving to Brevard, Demi’s professional experience included being a teacher for artistically talented children, a leading mediator for the State of South Carolina in resolving employee/employer disputes, and most recently the Deputy Director of two major state agencies. She believes that each of her careers has given her much insight into addressing the issues of her real estate profession. She has a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and a master's degree in Public Administration, both from the University of South Carolina.
