Our experience with Denel’s team and closing agency was beyond what we could have ever asked for. Everything went smoothly and quickly in both emails and in their office. Even after the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home they are easily reachable and on the ball with any questions or concerns that we have had. Denel Sparks and her assistant Ace, we’re miracle workers for our family! We had a slight deadline and one house in particular that we wanted to buy. She walked us through the whole process step by step, with knowledge and understanding, she fought for us during negotiations, and even helped with our bank to lower our mortgage rate as much as possible. She was hands on and thorough. She was with us through inspections and was on top of everything the whole time. I’m not kidding you, if you need to sell or buy your house this is your person! She is absolutely immaculate, and such a talented and qualified relator! I will never use another relator, and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone from here on out.

If you’re looking for the best experience you could have in buying or selling a house in Rochester, look no further. Denel and her team deliver the pinnacle house buying/selling experience. These are the most knowledgeable, caring and dependable agents I have ever worked with.

BUYING:
Moving from out of state, we came to Rochester with no deep knowledge of the area. With a small window of time and the logistical obstacles of a family with small kids and dogs, we were nervous we wouldn’t find the right home for our family. In the back of our minds we had to plan on resorting to a short term rental or a house that just didn’t feel like home. Then we connected with Denel and Kaitlin Berg.

With very short notice they lined up an entire day of house hunting for the day we were already scheduled to be in town. The second house we saw was everything we were looking for, fit our timeline and our budget. Denel and Kaitlin were in contact every step of the way and made themselves available to us every time we reached out to them, and took the time to walk us through everything that was happening in the background ensuring we were a part of the process from beginning to end.

Once the sale was final and we were moved into our home, this team never stopped caring about our family. They provided trustworthy contacts for different improvements we wanted to have done, knew our kids names and periodically asked how we were doing in our new house & town. I even felt comfortable asking them about their favorite salons in town for a birthday gift for my wife. They have the invaluable quality of being genuinely nice people.

SELLING:
A year and a half later, work is taking us out of Rochester and we needed to sell our house. Without question we knew Denel and Kaitlin would be able to help us. We again came to them with a complicated timeline and specific requests for our sale (I’m sure most agents would consider us high maintenance customers). Denel and Kaitlin provided in the same way they had a year and a half ago. They found the perfect buyer in short order and checked every single box we had.

Having gone through the buying and selling process previous to our Rochester move, I have not felt the level of appreciation for a realtor the way I did working with these wonderful women.

If you are moving to or out of the Rochester area, I cannot say enough in recommending the Denel Ihde-Sparks team. Buying and selling a house can be tedious and stressful. This team truly changes the game.

In 2020 we lost our mom, and in 2021 we lost our dad. Needless to say our grief was overwhelming, and along with my sister and brother, we began the long and painful process of closing out our parents affairs. Denel knows her stuff. I had a lot of problems with the place I bought and wished I had known more about them. I had an indecent heat and high RPU bill. That and association came out to same association I was paying somewhere else. She knew what I needed, which was good, I just had to put a lot of money into it. I could have done better looking for my final place to live than where I am.
