A native Virginian, Denese grew up in Arlington and has called Fredericksburg home since 1994. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Elon College, a background that sharpened her communication skills and her ability to advocate effectively for her clients. In addition, she has earned multiple professional designations—including SRS, MRP, ABR, and SFR—that reflect her dedication to continued growth and specialized service.

As a military wife and proud mom, Denese understands the importance of family and the challenges of relocation. She uses that perspective to help her clients transition smoothly into their next chapter, whether buying their first home, upgrading for a growing family, or downsizing.

Beyond real estate, Denese is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers with the Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity and enjoys mentoring and supporting others. In her free time, she also loves riding motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.
