Working with Denis and his team was an absolute pleasure. My fiancée and I are first time home buyers, going in we knew nothing and Denis was very patient with us. It was a joy to work with Denis Guma for the sale of our Catonsville home. At the start, Denis led helpful Zoom meetings to discuss the plan, timeframe, repairs, and concerns. He was honest and trustworthly throughout the process. He provided a good reference for a team that made the repairs expeditiously. Denis Guma of Real Spera Team is awesome! My wife and I were two VERY picky customers that hadn’t even narrowed down the area where we wanted to purchase a home, nor the maximum price we were willing to pay, let alone other details related to a property. Denis was proactive with recommendations, he was always ready to show us the homes we were interested in, and (most importantly) he was patient with us as we changed our minds quite a few times.
