I’m not going to hand you a brochure and pretend every town, community, and house is perfect. They’re not. Hampstead, Porters Neck, Surf City, Topsail Beach, and North Topsail Beach may look close together on a map, but everyday life can be completely different depending on where you buy.

I’ve worked in real estate since 2007 and previously owned and operated my own brokerage. I know how to negotiate, solve problems, and keep a transaction moving but my biggest job is making sure you understand exactly what you’re buying and where you’re buying it.
