Denise was an absolute joy to work with. She was always one step ahead of every party involved in the process of selling and buying our home. She went to bat for us every single day. She knows the market and the area better than any other real estate professional we have met. Even with an underperforming developer during the purchase of our new home, she fought it out with us for 14 arduous months and kept them focused on the main tasks and critical deadlines.

Five stars aren’t enough… I’m not sure 100 would be enough to rate the excellent job Denise did finding our dream home. My wife and I knew from the first conversation that Denise would be helpful, honest, and thorough when helping us find a home. She took us to see all the houses we wanted even though she knew we were going to buy the first one we saw.

Once we were under contract, “Special Agent Battles” walked us through every part of the closing process, ensuring we were comfortable before signing any documents. It was my first signing day, but Denise kept it light and fun even though my wife and I were nervous.

Whether you are a seasoned house-buying veteran or a couple of newbies who thought they would be lifelong renters, team up with Denise. You won’t find a better realtor in Nashville!

To say Denise is the best is an understatement. Me and my wife joke often we wish we could buy a house once a month just so Denise could help us. She really takes the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for to help find a house that’s the best fit. The fact that her last name is Battles is no surprise because you always feel like she’s going to battle for you to when making one of the biggest purchases of your life and she always makes sure you know where everything is at in the process, and that you fully understand next steps and answers any questions you might have. Whenever we have a friend looking for a home to purchase we always recommend Denise, I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Denise was amazing throughout the home search process. We first met to discuss needs, wants, locations, budget, styles, etc and then she was so incredibly patient as I looked at different listings and refined the search parameters. Once we started looking at and visiting listings, she had tremendous insight to the areas, the nuances of they neighborhoods and the key things to look at with the houses. The housing market in 2021 was very fast paced and Denise was ready to go on each step from financing to seller real estate agent discussions/insights to offer details. I could not be happier with my house purchase and a massive reason was how painless Denise made the entire process. Also, on the final walkthrough of the house before closing, Denise took out a spiderweb for me and I’m forever in her debt because of that!

Denise is truly INCREDIBLE! Denise helped me and my husband buy our very first home. The market in Middle TN is crazy, but she educated us, gave us the best instructions, fought for us and landed us a house that had 13 offers on it. Stop looking and go with Denise. I was a first-time home buyer and she was tremendously thoughtful and patient as I worked through countless listings. When the closing was delayed by nearly four months due to a nightmare situation between the seller, HOA and VA, Denise was a great sounding board.
