I can’t begin to say enough praise for our realtor Denise Boothby. We got her number by word of mouth, which is how all the best ones are found. She quickly met with me and my husband after our first call and took things as slow or quickly as we felt comfortable with. We weren’t in a rush the first month and she didn’t ever pressure us, but also didn’t disregard us. She showed us homes to get a feel for what we were looking for and then when we were ready she was on top of things and moved quickly so we wouldn’t lose the house. She negotiated beautifully and we got our first home below listing! Two years later, covid happened and we wanted more yard space. She sold our first house above our listing price and helped us close on a new house below listing price during 2021 housing craze!!! Do I need to say more! She has become a dear friend through it all, knows how to calm selling or buying chitters with clarity and facts. She’s always spot on with housing market value, has so much knowledge and patience when dealing with lots of personalities. Give her a call if you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell!

After living in my home for 26 years my decision to sell it was emotionally difficult. I certainly didn't want to be rushed. Denise took her time with me by slowly walking me through the process of what I needed to do to prepare my home for sale. For instance, what to fix and what to leave as is. Denise spent countless hours researching what she described as "my unique property" to be sure my house would be correctly priced. She then designed and created professional marketing materials including a social media blitz. My home received a lot of interest and was under contract on day one. She helped to keep me calm and clearly understand the negotiation process, all the documents and steps involved to successfully close the deal. She is professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and an excellent communicator from start to finish. I loved the one on one attention she gave me. No "real estate team" here that often allows things to slip through the cracks. She does it all and keeps the train on the tracks.
