My husband and I were in search of private land to build our retirement home after being in our previous home for close to 10 years. While In search for a realtor, we were referred to Denise by a neighbor. Oh my gosh, I felt it in my spirit when Denise and I first spoke over the phone, she was God sent, to assist us on our new home purchasing and private land journey. Initially, Denise and I spoke a lot over the phone due our schedules. However and to be honest, every conversation we had were positive and awesome. We finally met in person and it felt as we knew one another for years, lol.

To describe Denise, I would say she's a people person, friendly, comforting, kind, caring, understanding, knowledgeable of the real estate business, honest, trustworthy, pleasant and hardworking. Denise is determined to help find what you're looking for in a home. Unfortunately and because we didn't find the private land, somewhere we would be satisfied with, we were able to find a new construction home, in a new community, that had almost everything I was looking for in a house; especially for retirement. Thanks again to Denise and her resources for locating this home. Denide works very closely to the sales team to help make things happen. After touring the home, I was missing just a few minor things in the house that I felt I could overcome. Overall, the house was to my liking. Therefore I chose the house to be my husband and my retirement home after much prayer. Denise is an phenomenal realtor.

We have been in our new home since March of 2025; happy and in a peaceful subdivision/new community. Our neighbors are great, peaceful and quiet. It was very important to us to have peace. Denise remained by our sides until closing, to ensure everything went well. We thank God, for blessing us with Denise. She's most definitely considered family to us. 😊💜

Denise has been nothing short of WONDERFUL. I was buying and selling a home at the same time. The repair process on my selling home was stress free and seamless because she provided reputable and efficient contractors and painters who all did a great job. I told her what I was searching for in a home and she found the best options. She's been patient with me and supportive. I almost hate our experience is coming to an end. Denise is and was, nothing short of amazing. This was my first time purchasing a home on my own and she made the entire process a successful one. In this current market it was discouraging at times, being constantly outbid and feeling like home ownership would never happen for me. But she kept me grounded and updated and made sure I didn’t lose hope. It all worked out and now I have closed on my home that I love and can’t wait to decorate and make my own. This was my first time buying a home. Denise was amazing! There were times I would get really discouraged when it came to finding the right how and not getting it and even retiring the closing process. Denise kept calling and telling me too stay encouraged. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone!! She will put everything into getting you your home and she will not let you settle for anything unless you really want to.
