Denise Garlan

Denise has been a resident of Sedona for over 25 years and considers herself profoundly fortunate to be able to live within the magnificence of Sedona's red rocks. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2009, for over a decade she owned and operated a development company which specialized in building custom homes in Sedona.

At the start of her career as a real estate agent, she was part of a certified specialist team, which listed and sold more than 250 short sales and foreclosures in the Verde Valley. She has been involved in Sedona's real estate market for more than 20 years and feels that her construction background allows her to bring a unique perspective in working with both buyers and sellers. She considers it a privilege to work with buyers who are realizing their dream of beginning their Sedona journey, as well as sellers who are looking for a new adventure, whether it be in Sedona or elsewhere.

Connecting and listening to clients and customers in order to meet their needs with professionalism and respect is always her goal.
