Being new to San Antonio, Denise's extensive experience and knowledge of the San Antonio neighborhoods was invaluable in finding the right home in the right location. She helped us through the entire process and did a fantastic job even though most of the process was done remotely from our home in another state. We're very happy with the home she found for us and the neighborhood.

Denise is very knowledgeable of the market, both in price and availability. She is patient and listens to what you want including changes in requirements and location. She has sold 2 houses for me and just helped me buy one in a very tough market, Boerne. I would not use anyone else as my realtor.

Teri Bomgaars is the bomb! We just used her to purchase a small house and she treated both the transaction and my husband and I as if we were purchasing a multi-million dollar residence. Teri was professional, easily accessible, down to earth and had great sense of humor.
