We really appreciate having Denise as our agent, supporting us in our home buying journey. We came in to the process with grand expectations and little understanding of the process of buying a home. But thankfully we had Denise by our side to guide us.

She put us in contact with a lender that worked to increase our credit scores by almost 100 pts in just a few months. When it came time to begin looking for a home, Denise was right on it. She created a portal for use to review homes. She was always available to meet us at hone for a viewing whenever we asked, even short notice. And when we wanted to put in an offer, she made sure we were in the best position to succeed.

We ended up going with a new build, and Denise was there to assist, answering question, reading over documents and explaining the process to us. And she was right there with us when we closed!!

We are truly grateful for Denise’s expertise, her professionalism, her kindness and just down to earth agent that set real expectations for us. We always knew what the deal was with Denise.

Denise recently helped me purchase my first home and she was a gem from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable about the homebuying process and was able to provide personalized advice on several aspects along the way, which was helpful to me as I was a bit skittish about purchasing for the first time. Together, we visited numerous properties and her keen eye picked up on potential concerns I should be aware of and other details that I should consider when choosing a home. I learned quite a bit from her about what to look for when assessing whether a property would be a good fit. She showed me what to look for and took the time to explain why those things were important, including what they would mean for me and the house in the long term -- invaluable information! When it came time to write the offer for my home, her strategy is what allowed me to come out on top and purchase the home at the top of my list. In such a competitive market, she is the edge that you need! I highly recommend Denise, especially to first-time homebuyers who may not know much about the process and need a little more guidance than what some agents are willing/able to provide.

I am a lender in the DC area and have worked with Denise on many deals. She has done a tremendous job with all of the clients we have worked together on and they have given her nothing but amazing reviews. She is upbeat, friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the local market. One client said that she had been working with other agents for months without finding a property she liked. She switched to Denise and within a week, Denise had an itinerary of 3 properties that met her criteria that she was excited about. My husband and I were looking to buy a single family home in the Montgomery County area while hoping to sell our town home. We decided to go with Denise as our realtor because we heard she was professional, through and kind agent. Denise lived up to those expectations and more as a seasoned real estate agent! Denise was very patient in showing us many homes even when our offers were rejected a few times. When we finally found the perfect home, Denise was responsive to all our questions and made sure the seller's agent also was also on top of their responsibilities. We were naturally stressed about possibly carrying two mortgages for a while, but Denise was able to list our town home and help us to get it ready for an open house the following week, which resulted in us getting an offer within 5 business days! The overall process of selling our town home and buying a home simultaneously was intense, but Denise was there to help us the whole time and to make it go smoothly. I highly recommend Denise as a real estate agent in the DC area!

I was in a clutch and need to move to a new apartment in 3 weeks at June 1, 2013. I was super stressed but, found Denise Greene and she helped me out immensely. After meeting with Denise and explaining my specifics, she found me multiple listings with in a day or so. We went out one evening and looked at 3 of them. By the end of the week, I had chosen an apartment with 2 weeks to spare. Denise was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and an all around pleasure to work with.

Denise is an amazing real estate agent. Her punctuality, patience, attentiveness and professionalism made a great impression on me. She's approachable, with a warm personality. She's never too busy, returned my calls in a timely manner and went the extra mile when it came to picking me up from workhome, driving me to different locations, assisting me with my first-time home buyer program and negotiating with the seller. Denise is super professional, efficient and thorough. Before I met Denise I worked with another realtor who was unorganized and I couldn't get in contact with her. She wrote an offer on a house that would've had me and my husband paying the seller's cost and all of the closing costs. Thank God that contract didn't go through because we would have been in a bad place. However, meeting Denise was the breath of fresh air we needed! We spoke with her about what we were looking for in a house/neighborhood. And she provided us with multiple homes that fit our budget and criteria. She had wonderful suggestions on things we could do to narrow our search and really land on the neighborhood we wanted to be in. Nothing but positive things to say about Denise!
