She is excellent, when it comes to listening to your needs and wants, also, searching in the areas you would like to reside, and her communication between the buyer and seller is spot on. When we began the search, Denise was very knowledgeable and organized in her approach at figuring out how much we could afford, location, style and availability of homes. Any home we would be interested in, she'd be able to set up the appointment same or next day. She was honest and helpful during the viewing of the homes. Once we knew which home we wanted and put in an offer, she was excellent at working with the sellers and arranging the closing of the home. It was such a simple process for us.
