About Denise

Denise began her real estate career in 2004 in Grand Rapids Michigan after receiving her bachelors in Marketing from Grand Valley State University. She apprenticed under top producers and developers in a thriving market where she was taught the ins and outs of new construction and development. In 2006 she married her husband Shawn and transferred her license to Arkansas where she continued her career focused on the new construction market. Her husband is a contractor and together they have built and sold over 70 homes since then. She is the mother to three children who attend school in Benton, where she is active on the PTO and volunteers regularly for the school. She was a member of Junior Auxillary and participated in Saline County Leadership. She has now grown her business into all facets of real estate including first time home buyers and land development. She prides herself on prompt responses and good communication with her clients. She has consistently been a top producer and looks forward to continued success in Saline County and the surrounding area.
