Denise Hull

Denise has represented private custom home developers including Zuckerman Homes, Ecclestone Signature Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes in Broward, Palm Beach and Martin County. She has also successfully completed 7 multifamily lease ups and 2 condo conversions in Palm Beach County.

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin where she learned the Mid-western value of working hard and the benefit of simply being nice to people. Denise has been living in the Palm Beach area since 1995. She has been involved in real estate since relocating to Florida in the areas of property management, rentals and residential real estate. Her residential real estate experience has been tremendously successful based on a fundamental premise of not "selling" a client a home, but rather having a genuine understanding a clients' needs to help them "buy" the perfect home.

This requires listening, discovery, follow-up, compassion and diligence. Denise achieves balance with daily exercise, enjoys gardening, decorating, and food & wine.
