Denise Mann

Denise and her husband, Gary, have lived in the Middle TN area for over 19 years along with their Australian Terriers. Between Rutherford and Williamson counties is where they have lived. Prior to selling real estate she spent 24+ years in customer service with JCPenney, she retired as the General Manager at JCPenney in Cool Springs to begin a full-time career in real estate in 2016. While living and working in Franklin, she and Gary served as part time volunteer staff members at Cumberland Church. Currently, they are involved at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro. During her career with JCPenney, she moved 5 times, and understands that the purchase of a home is the single largest investment most people will make in their lifetime. She decided on a career in real estate with this in mind, as she wants to ensure her clients are serviced in such a way that they feel confident in the investment they have made whether buying or selling.
