About Denise

A native of Louisiana and a devout LSU Tiger fan, Denise moved here in 1985. After teaching seventh grade in Pagosa Springs for 20 years, Denise retired in 2012. With a great knowledge and love of the area and years of community involvement it was a natural transition to a career in real estate.

Denise currently serves on the Pagosa Springs Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and was voted by her peers as the 2021 Realtor of the Year.

Denise loves to go to the lake, fish, hunt, and ride her horse, her mountain bike, or her snowmobile. She and her husband have two grown children and five amazing grandchildren.

Denise understands what it feels like to come to a property and know that "this is it". Her desire is to assist others in finding their "Peace in Pagosa".
