Denise Perry

Drawing from 30 years of design experience, I provide insight and vision to my buyers and sellers. To sellers, I present ideas for home staging that will showcase their home to be welcoming and appealing to potential buyers, helping them to receive the maximum value for their home. For my buyers, I identify their preferences and styles and help them visualize how they can transform a house into their ideal home. 

I became a Realtor because I love caring for people in my community. I strive to help my clients feel confident and comfortable in the home buying and selling process. Buying or selling a home can be both exciting and stressful. My goal is to help you make your experience as pleasant as possible by listening to your needs and earning your trust as we partner together on this adventure.


Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I have established a large network of friends and family scattered all around town, which allows me to feel quite familiar with our city's varied neighborhoods. My husband and I raised our family of three (grown) children in the northern suburbs and are now enjoying life in Seven Fields with our little dog, Cozy.
