I cannot speak more highly of Denise. She went above and beyond to help us in buying a house and during the days leading up to our closing. Buying a house can be so stressful and Denise knew exactly when I was stressed and needed a pick me up or handled the situation to lessen my stress. I would recommend her to anyone! She is one of the best!!

Denise was a fantastic real estate agent to work with. My husband and I were searching for our first home in 2021 and it was a tough market to be the buyer. She was very helpful when it came to home values, future planning, and listening to our wants for our first home. She explained the process thoroughly and provided guidance in areas that could be confusing to first time home buyers! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home as she is kind, honest, and has a great personality. She puts the buyers first and foremost! Such a great person to work with!

In the beginning, I thought Denise Stover was just another realtor (although she did come highly recommended) and that her entrance into our unique situation was simply by chance. Now I recognize her for the wonderful blessing she is and am so grateful that she came to us with her open, helping hands and generous heart. My husband and I are so happy that we chose Denise to be our realtor! Denise and Bob are friendly, responsive, and have excellent communication skills. They are family oriented and were so considerate and understanding of us having young children and a dog in the house when we were listing it for sale. Denise explained the buying/selling process every step of the way, and was available to answer all of our questions-even through the “new rules” of the pandemic. When our house was listed, we had an influx of interest and Denise made sure she was available to communicate with other agents and scheduled over 25 showings in one weekend. We were so appreciative of the work that Denise put into selling our home and we were very impressed with her work ethic. We had multiple offers on our house within the first 24 hours, and I believe that is thanks to Denise’s quality marketing skills and professionalism. You definitely want someone who is willing to put time and effort into your individual real estate transaction and we truly felt that she was always available to support us through the entire process. I have referred Denise to multiple friends and family members already and will continue to use her as our realtor for any future transactions. I can not say enough good things about working with Denise. My husband and I are first time home owners and needless to say, we had a million questions and concerns. Denise handled all of them with grace and helped all of our fears. She fights for her clients and makes sure it's the best possible deal for them and also to get that dream house.
