I highly recommend reaching out to Jean and Denise if you’re looking to purchase property in the area. My husband and I were trying to buy from out of state and honestly had no idea where to begin. Our journey started with a phone call with the Turgeons, where we got to know each other and shared what we were hoping to find. To me, it felt like we were searching for a complete “unicorn.”
Within 24 hours, Jean and Denise had already sent us several properties to review online. Not long after, we booked a flight and met them in person. From the moment we met, we could tell this dynamic duo were kind, honest, and truly knowledgeable people.

We had been very impressed with Denise & Jean when we purchased our home 2.5 years ago and they represented the seller. So much so that they were our first and only call when we were considering selling the home this year to build a new home.

They certainly did not disappoint in any way. They were patient and provided excellent advice. They found a potential buyer willing to rent our home back to us until our new place is ready. They shepherded the sale all the way through and provided great information and support to us and our purchasers.

We couldn’t be more satisfied and would recommend this dynamite team to any purchaser or seller.

Denise is an Exceptional Realtor who goes above and beyond in every scenario. (Being retired military we have purchased several homes over the years). She maintained constant communication with us online and by phone providing us up-to-date information and changes on homes during our out of state search. During one visit to Florida to view homes there was even one they recommended we NOT purchase as there was structural damage that we missed. Her information on assessments and Florida insurences etc. was an education. (We were in South Carolina). Denise was the consummate agent. She always responded to our calls very quickly. She took us to every location requested and suggested others that she thought we might like, as well. Once we'd made our choice, she guided us seamlessly through all the paperwork and got us closed smoothly. After the closing, she has responded to all our requests for additional status reports on the property since we have yet to revisit the property due to Covid-19 concerns.
