I have known Dennis Bianchi proffesionally for around 15 years going back to the sale of our first home. Since then Dennis has represented my wife and I on the purchase of several pieces of land and the subsequent sale of those properties with spec homes. Dennis has proven over and over his passonate understanding of current market conditions, accurate home pricing, finding the right fit for the buyer and generating traffic and interest for the seller. We have alot of choises when it comes to picking a real estate professional, I will continue to recommend Dennis to my friends and peers, as for my own real estate needs Dennis is my realator for life.

Dennis Bianchi impressed me as an honest, knowledeable, fair and tireless real estate agent. He explored neighborhoods with me first to ensure that I knew the benefits of each and then honed in on specific homes after learning what my priorities were. Dennis' sense of humor entertained me during the many hours in the car with him as he shared his light hearted opinions about Santa Fe. Once he realized my interests in social programs he even suggested a Social Justice Committee in which to get involved. It turned out to be a wonderful way to give back to Santa Fe. I have known Dennis Bianchi for 30 years in his capacity as a planner and manager, and as a realtor. I know him to be technically knowledgeable, hard working, honest and personable. Dennis worked with us to sell our home in Santa Fe in 1998 and buy our home in Los Alamos that same year, and to sell that home in 2008. We expected good advice and a strong marketing strategy. Dennis provided us with a excellent market analysis and a tour of comparables to help us price our homes right, offered sound guidance along the way and supported the decisions we made. In Los Alamos, he found three homes to show us that met our criteria and we bought the perfect one -- it could not have been easier. In all areas, Dennis exceeded all our expectations. Eight years ago I met Dennis through introduction by a friend. I was frantic to find a one story house immediately so my elderly mother could move in with me. Dennis treated me as though I was his most important client. He carefully listened to my needs and showed me a number of appropriate properties, one of which I purchased. Dennis even helped me lease out my existing home. Amusingly enough, a close acquaintance entered the real estate business shortly thereafter and called to ask if I would recommend her to my friends. I chose Dennis Bianchi on the word of a good friend and well respected real estate agent in Santa Fe. Dennis met all of my expectations relating to his knowledge of the market and his total willingness to be sure that I saw all that was available in my price range and requirements. I never felt pushed to go higher, to make a decision quickly, and he respected my awareness of what I needed and could afford. What impressed me the most about Dennis was his patience, his wit, and as someone who had bought and sold many times prior to living in New Mexico, he was never frustrated at my hesitations and respected my ability to know what I wanted. Once I decided on a property, Dennis was just incredible about handling all of the paper work for all three properties that I bought through him. He is also a great source for mortgage sources.
