I worked with Dennis back in 2010 when I was selling my old townhome and wanted to buy a single family home. He showed up prepared with comps for my home and equivalent homes vs the other realtors I had contacted. He was frank about the changes I would need to make and how to sell in that buyer orientated market. He listened to what I wanted in a new home and the areas. His passion for homes was clear. He would walk me through the potentials and point out the issues / benefits for each one we toured. His patience in finding me the land and home combination that I was specifically looking for and touring something like 50-80 homes was outstanding. He recommended an excellent home appraiser for the new home that pointed out a couple of key items that we were able to negotiate into the price. I would most definitely work with Dennis again if and when I sell my current home.

We were about to sign a purchase agreement for a new house and were not sure if we even needed a real estate agent. We are glad we decided to get one otherwise we would have never met Dennis!

Throughout the whole process Dennis was very responsive and always looked over anything we asked him to. He lent a level of expertise that us first-time home buyers really needed. We didn't even know what questions to ask or what to look for. Dennis made the whole process significantly less stressful and he was able to teach us many things about the home buying process.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Jane to sell our existing house and to purchase a new house. On our first visit with Dennis, he came with so much information about our house and neighborhood that you could tell he and Jane had done their homework - much more than others we had interviewed. The Guertin's were very helpful on what we should do to get our house ready to sell and had so many great contacts on who to work with during that process.

Once the house was listed Dennis and Jane worked tirelessly and were very good on weeding out solid offers from weak ones.
