I am a Volusia county native. I have been witness to many changes to this area and have worked and traveled in the adjoining counties as well as having family and friends living there. I feel I have an extraordinary knowledge of what they along with Volusia county have to offer.I specialize in the west Volusia area as well as the adjoining counties of Flagler, Putnam and Lake. Through my experiences in management and the operation of my own business, I have found that honesty, dependability and service are of utmost importance. Dennis was a huge help in our home buying process. He's very knowledgable and gives his honest opinion. We looked at 30 houses in 30 days and finally bought the 30th one. Dennis never made us feel pressured or obligated in any way. He never showed signs of irritation with our many house showings over a short period of time. If we buy or sell in the future, Dennis will be our first phone call.
