I began my Real Estate Career in 1973. There have been so many peaks and Valleys since then that it is hard to imagine. Interest Rates have been in the 18-20% range and there have been many wonderful years and many years that have made Californians wonder if there will ever be another "Best time to be in the Real Estate Market".
Today in 2013 we face many new factors and challenges, ranging from New Government Programs to Record Low interest rates. You are the only Important Factor that keeps me constantly striving to Learn and Grow with each and every day.
