Dennis Riccio

Dennis Riccio is the newest member of the Integra team. He is an Arizona native who has frequented the Payson area for recreation all his life. He possesses a law degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He moved to Payson to escape the heat and enjoy the recreation and beautiful weather of the rim country full time.

Through his professional experience in law, he developed a familiarity with real estate and real estate transactions. He has transferred his legal expertise and the highest level of personalized service to the real estate profession. It is important his clients stay well informed and educated through every step of the process to assist them in making important decisions. He is hardworking, honest, and proficient at identifying potential issues and alternatives. He is a skilled negotiator who works to ensure his clients the best outcome possible. He is excited to be serving the Chaparral Pines and Rim Golf Club communities.
