About Dennis

Dennis Rinzler is a licensed real estate broker based in New Jersey. He has previously worked as a commercial real estate agent, specializing in shopping center and chain store leasing. He has been involved in several transactions in Bergen County, including the Kings Shopping Center in Hillsdale, A&P Shopping Center in Wyckoff, Pathmark Shopping Center in Ramsey, and various Friendly Ice Cream Shops.

In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Rinzler also founded House Hunters of Bergen County in Hillsdale. He has also developed two subdivisions in Woodcliff Lake - an 18-home subdivision on Knollwood Road and a 24-home subdivision on Hunter Ridge. He acted as the agent in the sale of those homes.
