Dennis has been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years. Dennis has earned the CRS and GRI designations for completing the extended classes for "Certified Real Estate Specialist" and "Graduate Real Estate Institute" to better understand and serve clients. He also completed the extensive short sale training and earned the HAFA training certificate to better serve clients in that down market.
Dennis started his career as an investor by purchasing five homes though-out the 1980s, he then kept and managed three of those single family houses as rentals (for 17 years) plus his own home, which he has lived in since 1991. In 1990, Dennis decided to help others who wanted to buy real estate, so he studied for, received his real estate license, and started his real estate career in 1991. With his extensive real estate knowledge of buying and managing his own properties, Dennis has been able to help others accomplish their real estate dreams.
Dennis’s clientele base is strong, with 90% of his business working with past clients and referrals from past clients, friends, and family. Dennis also has extensive short sale experience and a large data base of negotiators and supervisors with many banks and lenders. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding title, financing and loans, and bay area locations.
Dennis loves to travel and explore foreign locations. He has traveled to many parts of the world such as Europe, Egypt, Australia, Canada, South America, and many parts of the US as well. He loves to sail and had a 34-foot sailboat on the bay for over 10 years that he liked taking out as often as he could. Dennis is an accomplished snow boarder (yes, snowboarding is for baby boomers too) and has been skiing since 1975. He enjoys time in Lake Tahoe, Carmel, and Napa as often as possible. And lastly, Dennis likes keeping fit by going to the gym and playing tennis (a 3.5 rated player) and golf (not very well so far).
