Denny Holt

Denny Holt is a native, lifelong, resident of Austin! He was born in Hyde Park, grew up in Mueller, lived in Northwest Hills, and now calls the Crestview/Allandale area home. As a real estate professional, he strives to raise the bar so he can serve clients better. Denny’s 28 years in the industry gives him a wealth of knowledge through all parts of the process, and he is ready to guide you every step of the way.

Denny studied Business Administration at Texas State University. After spending 15 years in banking and owning a small business, one of his clients who was a real estate broker inspired him to get his real estate license due to his love of looking at homes and his knowledge of the Austin area. Denny earned his real estate license in 1992 and his broker’s license in 2006. He managed his own brokerage for 13 years before joining Dochen REALTORS®. He joined the team because of Carol Dochen’s reputation in the industry and a desire to be with a smaller brokerage that offered more of a family atmosphere and one-on-one interactions.

Denny’s favorite part about real estate is the people he meets! He loves developing life-long friendships with his clients. He works with a range of clients from first-time buyers, to investors, seasoned buyers/sellers, and the luxury market. Denny is not just a sales agent; he has a Broker’s License which is the highest level of achievement in the industry.

Denny is a longtime volunteer for the Texas Realtors Professional Standards Committee and a recent volunteer on the Texas Realtors Ombudsman program. Professionalism is a priority for him! Throughout the years he has earned numerous designations and industry recognition, including being a Platinum Top 50 finalist for multiple years.

Denny Holt is the ninth of Ten Children – Eight of them girls! He jokes with eight sisters there was never room in the bathroom. In his spare time, he loves traveling, cycling, water skiing, hiking, and spending time at the lake. He is a supporter of animal rescue organizations throughout Texas and his family currently includes five rescue dogs.
