Denny helped me navigate being a first time home buyer, and went to great lengths to make sure everything went smooth as I was moving across country on my way, right about to deploy. Dennys extremely reliable and trustworthy making sure nothing fell through the cracks or happened to my new home, very important as we closed while I gone, and I was unable to see the home for months after closing.

Denny did a super job for me! I had very specific requirements I needed in a house. He always stayed on top of the new sales that came on the market that would meet the qualifications I was looking for. We spent nearly every weekend (rain or shine) looking and viewed close to 100 homes in the six months before we finally found the one that was right. Denny is very dedicated to his clients and helping find the right house to fit each one. If you want more personal service from a realtor, I highly recommend Denny Moore.

I couldn't have had a better experience.
He's LGBTA+- friendly and takes part in "Homes for Heroes," which pays back part of the closing fees to military, teachers, fire fighters, and such.
Also, he paid attention to my needs, was diligent about finding something in my price range that matched them, stayed in contact, and helped whenever I had a problem (including when my mortgage guy was NOT listening to me).
