Denys is so easy to work with. She made the selling of our condo uncomplicated through constant, straightforward communication. We knew what was going on in the process at all times.

We counted on Denys for advice & she can through—no matter the time of day. She also smoothed out all of the unforeseen issues that come along w/ selling w/ savvy professionalism.

Above all, Denys is trustworthy. So much so, that our buyer—who did not know Denys—chose to use her as his realtor. This speaks volumes.

With the market as intense as it is right now, you need someone who really knows what they’re doing - experience, knowledge of the market, awareness of the buying/selling process, and how to navigate the complexities to get what you want can not be emphasized enough - and Denys has the skills and the experience in spades.
She was always two-steps ahead in the process, so with every curveball and unexpected change she was ready for it. She handled issues expeditiously, communicated honestly and frequently, was always available, and simply just got sh-t done! Beyond impressed.
Then her skills and work ethic are complimented with an amazingly friendly, kind, and hilarious personality.
If you’re buying or selling anywhere around Tampa - she is the one!
So glad that we used Denys to sell our property, as what could have been a hellacious process ended up being quick and painless, and even more profitable than expected.

This was my first time purchasing a home, and I literally found myself in a sudden situation where I had to react quickly if I were to lock-in the place where I was already residing. Upon first meeting and talking to Denys, I instantly picked up a positive vibe and felt like she was someone who would have my back. I was right. She definitely was and is the right person to have by your side when buying a home.

Denys thoroughly explained the whole home buying process, answered any and all of my questions, picked up every phone call, swiftly responded to every text message and email, offered to call insurance, appraisal, and title companies on my behalf just to ensure that I was receiving the absolute best rate, service, and/or experience.

A very stressful situation was tremendously lessened because of Denys being in my corner, and I could not have asked for a better or more empathetic, hard-working, and knowledgeable agent. There aren’t enough times I can say “thank you” to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to her.

Denys Hubbard exceeded all expectations with our most recent real estate transaction.

We had been talking with her about selling our investment property. After looking at the market, she advised to hold off listing at the time of our inquiry. She kept her finger on the activity in the area our home was in, noticed an uptick in sales and contacted us.

Turns out, her due diligence paid (us) off! To date, our townhome was the highest selling unit in the complex. Denys was incredibly responsive and extremely thorough. From listing to closing, she rigorously checked every detail meticulously. She made herself available to go above and beyond in whatever circumstance arose. We honestly, didn't think service like that existed anymore.....

Of our 6 estate transactions, we felt the most represented and confident in this one simply because of Denys' professionalism. Also worth noting, she has a great sense of humor and is just great to work with!
