I have had several great realtors in my lifetime, but no one comes close to Derede. When you hire Derede to help sell your home she will do everything in her power to get your home sold quickly. We lived in a very rural area and the average time to sell a home was 82 days. Derede my go getter sold our home in 37 days! Derede has a very professional personality, yet is there to encourage you and uplift you along the path of selling your home. Derede is very knowledgeable of all things concerning the sale of your home. Derede stays in touch with you at least once a week. In my book communication is very important! When you hire Derede she becomes your friend not just a realtor. I highly recommend Derede. She's the best!

I met Derede through a referral. I listed my house in October of last year. We both expected a smooth, quick sale. It turned out that market conditions weren't on our side.

It took a few months to sell the house, but Derede was there throughout the entire process. Weekends, holidays- it didn't matter. She took my phone calls and promptly addressed my concerns. She treated my $200K house like a $2 million house. ❤️

I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you live in the Nebraska Panhandle and you're considering selling your house, give Derede a call!

Thankfully I found Derede Darden, a true blessing who just happened to walk into my life at the right time. She was available from day one, even when I had anxiety questions at 10pm, she was available and ready to answer any questions she could. I would recommend Derede Darden for all of your house hunting needs. She went above and beyond to ensure that our listing was active and being shown by all realtors. She was courteous and very knowledgeable which helped a lot with our situation. She was responsive and supportive through the whole process. Derede gave time on weekends to do open houses, we never felt pressured to accept or reject deals. Derede ensured that every step was about us not her or commission.
