I can't say enough good things about working with Derek to buy our new home. We were in the market this spring, at a very difficult time for buyers, when homes were on the market for just a few days and buyers were receiving numerous offers over asking. Working with Derek made the process so much easier, both due to his extensive knowledge and, especially, his compassion and good humor. He was incredibly attentive -- a particularly important quality when offers needed to be made mere hours after viewings -- and invaluable in navigating the whole process.
