Born and raised in New Orleans, Desarae began her real estate career in 2016, where she eventually transitioned into a full-time real estate agent in 2019. Her decision to become a real estate agent came from her desire to find the balance between having a satisfying career and taking care of her family. She is part of a blended family and is the proud mother of two children with her husband and the stepmother of four children. For Desarae, family comes first, and ultimately, a career in real estate provided more than just a livelihood for her family–it provided financial freedom. Because owning and selling real estate was such a freeing experience for Desarae, she has made it her purpose to embolden and empower others toward financial freedom.
Determined and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients, Desarae works tirelessly to help her clients reach their goals. Whether they are first-time homebuyers or investors who are ready to build their portfolio, Desarae helps navigate her clients through every step of the process, from the first meeting to well beyond the closing table. In addition, she also keeps the line of communication open with her clients, so that they are informed through every step of the process and there’s complete transparency, which inspires trust. With her unrivaled negotiation skills, her tenacity, and her competitive drive, Desarae is her clients’ greatest advocate, helping them come up with winning strategies in order to help them achieve their real estate goals.
While Desarae works with all buyers and sellers from every walk of life, her specialty is helping buyers and investors achieve wealth through real estate. She primarily works with clients in between Katy, Spring, TX and the surrounding areas.
Along with working as a Real Estate Agent, Desarae serves as the Co-Director of Volunteers at Nerdy Girl Success and is the upcoming Vice President of Programs at Wolman Elementary for the 2024-2025 term. When she isn’t actively working to help her clients reach their real estate goals, you can find Desarae spending quality time with her family, watching football, planning mom’s night out and supporting Grambling State University.
