Deshun Johnson

I am a founding partner of J&D Johnson Properties LLC, based in Houston, Texas, is a new comer to Perry’s Realty, but by no means to the real estate arena. I spent several years developing a sincere appreciation for the real estate market. I’ve had my hands in property investment, real estate rehab and property management. Then decided to further develop my passion by pursuing a real estate license. Upon completion of my license, I decided to join Perry’s Realty. Discovered the power of partnership, their focus on client satisfaction, customer care, and long term growth attracted me to the office. I was excited about the full service support and collaborative learning based environment that Perry’s Realty offered.
I planned on specializing in the sale of new and existing homes within the Houston Metropolitan area. The number one goal is to provide an impeccable attention to detail and superb customer service, by educating my clients with market insight throughout the buying or selling process. I’ve had deep roots here in my hometown of Houston, TX, and is excited to share my knowledge and expertise with those I represent.
I am a graduate of the Historical Black College and University, Wiley College, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Before entering into the real estate market, I had tenure within the City of Houston. I’m a loving husband and devoted father to my wife and two daughters.
