About Desiree Sunshine

I grew up in Sacramento, CA where I recieve a BA in communications from CSU Sacramento. After college, I started my career in marketing and worked my way up to being the Digital Marketing Director of a national company. I also ran my own Marketing Consulting and Event business. I have always had a love for Real Estate! As a child I spent hours drawing floor plans of houses and dreaming about all the rental houses I was going to own someday. When I was 27 years old, I bought my first investment home. A couple investment properties into my goal I decided to get my Real Estate License in 2017. In 2020, my family and I moved to Angel Fire because my son is obsessed with downhill mountain biking and snowboarding. While researching where to move we decided on Angel Fire because it was in the top 5 down hill parks in North America, had good schools, was resonably affordable for a resort town and had available jobs. We are very happy in Angel Fire and I love the people and all of the outdoor activities available!

I truely believe that if I do the right thing for my clients in the long run it will pay off in the long run through re-occurring business and referrals. And it's just the right thing to do!
