If anyone wants to sell their property with the love and care it deserves, including value assessment, excellent marketing and informed decision milestones, Devang is an excellent choice. We needed to sell our property but not before we purchased our new construction home. The timeline was very fluid and Devang discussed that process with us clearly. Based on our needs, Devang worked on a strategy to advertise the house targeting potential buyers who can work with our particular situation. It was not a "rush to sell" to make quick commission. Devang's marketing skills are so sharp that we started getting offers as soon as he advertised the house on social media, however, he was the one who told us to wait for the right buyer. This was a spot on advise! As the initial frenzy calmed down, he brought us multiple offers and helped us decide the right buyer. We sold our house at our asking price and are completely satisfied with Devang!

I can recommend Devang and his team without hesitation! I have already shared his contact with my friends and family. We will be definitely going to him in the future!

I’ve worked with a couple of Realtors and Dave is by far the best! He surpassed our expectations every step of the process. My husband and I started working with Dave last summer. We were clear that we were just starting out our search and wanted to get a sense of the market. Dave was still very attentive. We quickly realized he was extremely knowledgeable about the Long Island market. As we became more serious about our search Dave was there, consistently following up with us and eager to understand our wants and needs which were constantly changing. We weren’t easy clients needless to say. I thought it would be impossible for Dave to find us our dream home. We did in fact find our dream home and Dave was instrumental in brokering the deal. He’s an expert negotiator, getting an accept from the sellers in time to stop the open house. He guided us through the closing process and helped us through numerous complexities. I want to offer a BIG THANKS to Devang for guiding us through the process of selling our home in Lake Ronkonkoma earlier this year. We had multiple viewings during the Open House, along with many others during the days that followed. We received 5 offers within 2 days, ALL well above asking price. We were in Contract within a few days of the Open House and when the first potential "deal" fell through, Devang was quick to facilitate the securing a Contract from the people who subsequently purchased our home.

Devang coordinated and attended all necessary visits made by the Appraiser, Home Inspector, etc. and kept us WELL INFORMED throughout the entire process, meaning that the process was not only swift and efficient but virtually stress free.
