Devin was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and very communicative through the entire process. The marketing of our home was outstanding. We had no experience selling a home and he was very patient and understanding with all the questions we had. Moving is stressful, but he made the selling part a whole lot easier. My wife Erica and I, were in the market to buy our first home. I reached out to Devin Outman first thing to get the ball rolling. I had not a clue to what I was doing, but knew that I could trust Devin to guide me the right way. From the start, he instantly got me lined up with a lender and the process started. We then found our home, the first one we even walked. We instantly knew and Devin was all in for us! He got right onto making sure our offer got in and accepted. We were even dealt a few hiccups along the way. Devin always made sure to keep us updated and informed of what was to happen. When we got to closing day, Devin was there with us the entire way, still giving us advice through the most stressful time. Couldn't recommend a better realtor!
