We just bought our first home with Devin, and we couldn't ask for a better experience! We knew going into it that the market is in a bad place, and that it'd be a challenge to find our home. Devin did a great job from the start: asking questions to understand our needs/budget/goals, thoroughly introducing himself, explaining the process, and setting us up on his realty app so that we could streamline the search.

My favorite things about Devin are that he's extremely persistent, communicative, transparent, and patient. He never once made us feel de-prioritized because of our budget, and never tried showing us higher prices than we were comfortable with. He expressed optimism and soothed nerves when necessary. He never expressed irritation at how long it took to find a home, and he helped us navigate the bidding process smoothly. He was always looking out for our best interests! His transparency and advocacy went above and beyond. He answered all of our (many) questions in a kind and thorough way. We felt like we really understood what was happening and why during the entire process. He was also extraordinarily responsive, and made sure to respond to inquiries and show us homes in a very timely manner.

We eventually found our home thanks to Devin's hard working efforts, and him going above and beyond to search for opportunities that were both listed and off the market. For being first time homebuyers, we couldn't ask for a better realtor to help navigate the storm out there. THANK YOU DEVIN!

Devin is a very friendly, hardworking, and professional individual and was very helpful in our home buying process. He was always quick to update us with listings that matched our criteria so we could try to keep up with the fast moving market. When we found the home we wanted he jumped right on it and got us under contract in no time! When you’re under contract he keeps you updated through the entire process and works fast to solve any issues if they arise. He is also very knowledgeable on VA home loans. The whole process was headache free! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area!
10/10 would recommend to a friend!
