I am a former US Army Sergeant; I served in Afghanistan, and came back with some medical issues that made me reconsider my career path. At the same time I was coming back, I decided it was time to sell my house, and had difficulty wrapping my head around the value proposition of a real estate agent getting 5-6% of the sale price of my home, so I decided to see what it was all about. I got my New Hampshire license, and decided to make a career out of it, where I could earn a commission from hard work and dedication to my clients, not merely make a commission from being in the right place at the right time. My goal is to truly bring as much value to every transaction as I take out, and I think that is achievable as long as I treat every client’s transaction like it was my own transaction.
