Devon Magarity is a Philly-born and raised real estate agent serving the Greater Philadelphia region. She currently calls Fairmount home and loves city living, but grew up in the suburbs; giving her a well-rounded perspective on everything from vibrant urban neighborhoods to quiet, tree-lined streets.
