We have purchased two properties from DeWayne now and couldn't imagine working with any other broker in the Hudson Valley.

DeWayne more often than not knows more about the properties we were inspecting than the selling broker. He really does put the competition to shame.

One of my favorite qualities about DeWayne is his attention to detail partnered with his honesty; if something was off about a property he'd call it out and not sugar coat it just to push a sale.

Important to know about DeWayne is he doesn't disappear once the sale closes. He's always near by to recommend any contractors / vendors you may need to to improve the property you've purchased. He's also always near by to help us with rental comps - he loves what he does and it's evident from the fact that he is always there to help his clients.

He is a true professional and I look forward to having the chance to work with him again in the future.

My husband and I cannot recommend DeWayne Powell highly enough. He truly is everything you would ever wish for in a real estate broker, starting with the fact that you immediately forget that he is one because DeWayne makes searching for a house so much fun!

Let's add the fact that we were demanding clients in a very hot market and expected to be looking for a long time. A reason we thought would not put us on top of DeWayne's list. But we always felt as if we were his only clients. He truly listens to what you are looking for and registers each client's reaction.

In the end he made the impossible possible by finding our dream home in less than 10 weeks which had us stunned. But it did not stop there, he negotiated expertly on our behalf (the fact that he is a trained lawyer comes in very handy), put us in touch with a great legal team and and a very capable inspector. Bottom line, he impressed us every step of the way! We are now living in our new home for almost 2 years and barely a day goes by where we don't thank DeWayne Powell for what he has done for us!

Working with DeWayne was an absolute pleasure. DP knows the area extremely well, navigating us around the Catskills towards our final (and now purchased) property. We gave DeWayne a pretty broad ask and he helped us narrow things down quickly and realistically according to the market demands. Once we were ready with an offer, DeWayne moved fast and assured both us and the sellers that we were a great match.
