Dia is an excellent realtor with tons of experience. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, she gets the JOB DONE! At the very beginning when a small curveball came our way, she told me not to worry; and promised we would get the keys at the end of this process. She was available at every turn, even through her pregnancy. She listened to all of our concerns and desires concerning the home we wanted. At the end of the process, just as she promised, we were able to secure a beautiful new construction home. It is everything we wanted and so much more!!! I must have sent Dia a million text messages and emails with links to houses wanted to view in Prince George's County and Charles County. Dia made sure I saw every house I wanted to see because she cared and wanted me to be absolutely happy about the home I selected -- and I was!! Dia is patient, knowledgeable and very responsive. On behalf of our church (Freedom Christian Fellowship Ministries International)I want to thank our Realtor Mrs. Dia Veney for an incredibly exceptional job she did helping us to buy the property for our church.
She went above and beyond availing herself to helping search for properties and going to view multiple properties and even when multiple properties did not pan out to our fit, Dia was not deterred. She was persistent and consistent in keeping in contact and was very reassuring.
She could have moved on with our very limited budget and outrageous locations specificity (lol), but she was patient and kind and did a wonderful job coordinating our final sale and we are eternally grateful.
