I've been licensed in New York since 2002 and full time in this market ever since. I'm the Broker/Owner of NYREFCO, LLC, and I also hold an associate broker's license with a REALTOR®-affiliated firm.
I provide brokerage and consulting services across the New York-Metro area, and I sell almost every kind of property here — houses, condos, co-ops, multifamily, mixed-use. Solving the complicated and high-stakes ones is what I'm known for.
I work with property owners and with the attorneys who refer them: Divorce and Matrimonial Real Estate; Estate, Probate and Administration Sales; Guardianship and Conservatorship; Powers of Attorney; and Seniors downsizing or relocating out of state. I'm qualified under the New York Courts' Part 36 rules, which makes me eligible for Court appointment in Kings, Nassau, New York, Queens and Suffolk Counties, and I'm a New York State Approved Real Estate Instructor.
