Diana was SUPERB!! We LOVED our experience. During our search, which was over a year long (before meeting Diana), we talked with various agents, in several states, and none have been as great to work with as Diana! She is friendly, yet professional; super responsive; proactive in her communications; knowledgeable; respectful to not overstep and play nice; helpful, went above and beyond with every question and step. We loved working with her!! Makes you feel so much better buying a home when you're working with an agent like Diana!

2021 can be a challenging market for a home buyer. It is critical that you have the right agent working for you. Diana was recommended to me. I am 150% glad that I followed the recommendation from my friends and family. I was new to the home buying process. One of the first things Diana did was to take the time to explain the process from start to finish to me. This was very reassuring as a first-time buyer. One needs to be quick in this market and Diana helped enable that. She was very responsive with providing home information, recommendations and scheduling showings. If we viewed multiple homes in a day, she was excellent at scheduling them in a way to allow sufficient time to view the home and travel between locations. She was very accommodating with her schedule on short notice also. This was helpful as houses can pop up on the market and sell very quickly. At the showings, Diana was great at highlighting both the positive and potential drawbacks to consider for homes.

Diana’s knowledge and experience provided fantastic recommendations for offer strategies to ensure my offer was both appropriate and competitive for the home. I did not feel any pressure to take actions with my offer that I was not personally comfortable with.

Diana also provided recommendations for additional professionals to work with based on her experience. Utilizing the additional services from Raveis (mortgage and insurance) helped make things very easy and streamlined. She was spot on with her recommendations for inspectors who are good to work with.

Diana is a fantastic professional to work with while purchasing a home. As a first-time buyer, I found her extensive knowledge, responsiveness and strategy recommendations immensely valuable in the journey of finding the right place to call home.

Before I met Diana two years ago at an open house, I met a lot of realtors. She struck me as a very competent and friendly professional. When I decided to sell my condo, her name came up right away. It turned out that this was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.

Diana is very knowledgeable yet takes her clients? input seriously. She understood my needs and reflected them in every step of the process, e.g. marketing and pricing. She is super efficient, quick in action, works extremely hard which I hardly see. She gave me my market analysis the same day I called her. The next day after we signed the contract at 3pm, she put up the listing the same night. The minute I sent her additions and corrections, she made the changes immediately. She was so well organized and got all the buyers in and we received multiple offers right away. I relied on her outstanding experience and expertise to help me negotiate contracts and pick the offer. Within three days, the condo was under contract with a price higher than listed!

Diana was very proactive and was on top of everything. She made the whole process transparent and less stressful for me by guiding me through every step. Her excellent communication skills and lovely demeanor made her easy to work with the appraiser, lender, buyer?s agent and the law office personnel. Because the sale happened during holiday time, there were some delays. She went above and beyond doing all the heavy lifting by constantly contacting the lender and buyer?s agent.

Diana is professional and very personable. I feel like she is a friend or a family member who was always there 24/7 to help. She was so responsive that whenever I had a question or a comment, she replied with a text message or email the next minute. I felt well respected and received so much attention that I thought I was her only client, but then I found out that she has many bigger deals and mine is only a small condo.

Diana is exceptional. She is a true 5 Star Professional. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is simply the best! I thank her so much for doing such an excellent job! She made me more than happy with the selling process!
